| Prices: All details in leaflets, catalogs and in the internet are subject to alteration. Changes of price and errors reserved. We reserve the right of the correction for calculation fault or misprints. The objects offered in leaflets, catalogs and in the internet contain the legal value tax plus transportation costs. For orders within Germany below 150,- € (Euro) we calculate flatly 6,- € (Euro) for postage and packing. Deliveries outside Germany are carried out after individual price fixings. |
| Delivery: Deliveries are carried out in the order of the new order. The delivery is carried out during the business hours after incoming order within a week with a return period for undamaged product of 10 days by parcel insured. We reserve a delivery toward pre-cash for us. Appointments and periods only are regarded as obligatory if they were confirmed by us in writing. Delivery periods start with the day of issue of the confirmation. Delivering delays due to superior force or due to circumstances that the company ORIENTAL ART Armin Wolter & Adelheid Wolter doesn't have any influence at, doesn't have to represent these delivering delays at the agreement of a delivery period or a delivery date. Compensation because of non-fulfillment entitled to the customer only in the case, that we have deliberately or roughly caused the delay. |
| Remands: Possible returns of the buyer are exclusively carried out franco domicile by parcel, insured according to the value. The customer is liable for damages by improper packing and not insured returns. |
| Payment terms: The delivery is carried out against open invoice, payable purely net upon receipt in Euro or US Dollar. Payment: Bank money order,

| Guarantee and
liability:
All details in the catalog and in the internet on authorship, technology and signature are based on the published or otherwise generally accessible scientific knowledge which was determined after best knowledge and conscience. For the delivered goods we take a guarantee for the age and the origin. Justifiable complaints are appreciated within three months and the full purchase price repaid on desire of the buyer against return of the purchase object in unchanged condition. Details in the catalog and in the internet are not assured qualities according to the § 459 (2) BGB. The preservation condition of the objects is according to her age. |
| Place of
jurisdiction: Place of performance and place of jurisdiction is the seat of the company ORIENTAL ART Armin Wolter & Adelheid Wolter in Berlin for the two parts. The right of the Federal Republic of Germany is valid even if the buyer has his residence abroad or the delivery is abroad carried out. |
| Final Clause: If one or several clause/s of these general business conditions should be or get ineffective, the validity of the other clauses remains untouched. |
